The council can pass resolutions by majority vote. These are the resolutions that have been passed so far:

The Council

#1: Any council member may call for a vote on anything anytime
#2: A vote requires a proposal and a second
#3: Within a council of five, the quorum for a vote is four
#4: The council shall hold meetings on IRC at least once a week
#5: The Council Chair
#6: The Council Executive Director
#7: The Council Secretary
#8: The council shall restrict non-public communication to the absolute minimum required
#12: The council shall officially be known as SPF Council
