Does SPF block advertisements, web pages, or other programs?

SPF only affects e-mail for domains that have published an SPF record. It is likely these other things are being blocked by Sunbelt Personal Firewall (previously known as Kerio Personal Firewall), not by Sender Policy Framework. For support on Sunbelt Personal Firewall you will need to contact Sunbelt Software.
