URL of the SPF specification

The official URL for the SPF spec. until it gets a proper RFC-number is still http://ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-schlitt-spf-classic-02.

That's a rather long URL, and it doesn't offer links to individual pages, sections, and references. http://tinyurl.com/dm7hm is a temporary workaround when short links are desirable.

It allows to link to say #page-46 with the ABNF (syntax), or to #section-6.1 explaining the redirect= modifier.

All links constructed with this tinyurl will stop to work, when the draft is replaced by a RFC.
